An ultralight side-zip tactical boot, the Belleville TR1040-ZWP bloodborne pathogen/waterproof boot is engineered to provide maximum support and comfort without the weight of standard duty boots. At the core is the PTO® orthotic footbed; a proprietary, load bearing removable insert that uniquely combines the benefits of shock absorbing foam with superior arch support. Combined with a shock absorbing EVA midsole and dual density nitrile rubber slip & oil resisting outsole, the TR1040-ZWP is a new benchmark for light, fast, engineered tactical boots.

Many users and some podiatrists report noticeable relief from heel pain, arch strain, and morning stiffness when wearing OOfos Sandals around the house, after activity, or as recovery footwear. The proprietary OOfoam material absorbs 37% more impact than traditional footwear foams and reduces shock on the heels and arches.

The patented, contoured footbed provides moderate arch support, cradles the foot, and includes a deep heel cup that helps align the foot and offload tension on the plantar fascia (the thick band of tissue running along the bottom of the foot).

Additional features include a gentle rocker shape that promotes smoother transitions from heel to toe, potentially easing strain during walking. The open design allows toes to splay naturally, and the lightweight, waterproof construction makes them easy to slip on/off—ideal for first thing in the morning when foot pain is often worst.

Enhanced stability, a wider toebox, and 3mm more cushioning in the heel area, the iconic Hoka Clifton has been improved. The 8mm heel-to-toe drop raises the heel from previous models to what is becoming a real sweet spot in daily training shoes and athletic footwear. The 8mm drop is becoming very common. Runners won’t notice the geometry change, but the shoe will be better for walkers, workers and casual wearers who already love the plush, lightweight Clifton.
