Our Group Runs make running more enjoyable. If you can’t make any other day, please make it on Saturday for the long run. Our focus events right now are the Snickers Marathon Bar Marathon and Half Marathon in Albany, GA on March 5th. Our mileage on Saturdays will correspond roughly to an 18-week training plan that culminates on the 5th of March.

Group Runs This Week:
Tuesday morning: 7:15 am, meet at Country’s on Broadway. 4-8 miles on the Riverwalk.
Wednesday evening: 6:30 pm, meet at the start of the Fitness Trail at Cooper Creek Park. 2-8 miles.
Thursday morning: 7:15 am, meet at Country’s on Broadway. 4-8 miles on the Riverwalk.
Saturday morning: 6 am, meet at Rotary Park.
- Marathon Group is in Week 5 and will do a 14 mile run at long run pace
- Half Marathon group 4-10 miles at long run pace
- Beginner group 4-8 miles at long run pace
