Group Runs Nov 15 – 21

Group Runs This Week:

Tuesday morning: 7:15 am, meet at Country’s on Broadway. 4-6 miles easy on the Riverwalk.

Wednesday evening: 6:30 pm, meet at the start of the Fitness Trail at Cooper Creek Park. 2-8 miles.

Thursday morning: 7:15 am, meet at Country’s on Broadway. 4-6 miles easy on the Riverwalk.

Saturday morning: 6 am, meet at Rotary Park. 4-12 mile long run along the Riverwalk. Week #3 of Albany marathon training; half-marathon group maintenance program; beginner group 4-8 mile easy run.
