THIS WEEK’S CALENDAR:
Tuesday morning: Riverwalk, 7:15 am, meet at Country’s on Broadway: This is an easy 4-8 mile run.
Wednesday: Cooper Creek, 6:30 pm, meet at the start of the Fitness Trail. 2.5 – 8 miles, everything from run/walk to easy run to intervals. If you’d like personal attention or need help with your running form, breathing, or anything else, please try to come to this group run.
Thursday: Riverwalk, 7:15 am, meet at Country’s on Broadway: This is an easy 4-8 mile run.
Saturday: Start the New Year off right! 7:00 AM At Rotary Park for the New Year’s Day run. This week’s route is shown below. Click on it for a larger view.
- Marathon Group: 12 miles
- Half-marathon Group: 11-12 miles
- Beginner Group: 4-8 miles
